First, measure the circumference under the bust and the circumference in the bust.Measuring the circumference under the bust:
- Stand straight and breathe freely
- Wrap the body with a centimeter holding it horizontally, closely under the bust (It is important that the circumference is measured reasonably tight).
- The circumference measured this way indicates which bra size should be chosen, e.g. 70, 75, 80 etc.
Important! If necessary, round the result up or down to the nearest multiple of five, e.g. 70, 75, 80 etc.
Measuring the bust circumference:
- Place the centimeter so that it adheres at the widest point of the bust, without deforming the breast (quite loosely).
- The centimeter should be at the same height both on the front of the chest and on the back.
- With that result, you can easily read the bra cup size.
Once you have the dimensions of the bust circumference and under the bust you can check which size you wear (see below). To do this, determine the difference between the bust circumference and the circumference under the bust. Then read your result in the table below.
